Bud graduated from St. Ambrose University with a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Finance and Marketing. Upon graduation he went into the footwear
industry and was employed in many sales and marketing capacities with
a large domestic manufacturer. In the mid seventies he started his
own company as manufacturing agent and line builder working primarily
with private label brands for major corporations. This necessitated
extensive travel to Asia where he first learned the value of real estate
and what it meant to the people. He has been interested in real estate
ever since. He joined the BCL Team in 2003.
Bud has been a resident and a home owner in Edina, Minnesota since 1971. He and
his wife Gladys have been married 37 years and have two children, Kathleen and
John. He enjoys golf in the spring through the fall and bowling during the winter
months. He also enjoys cooking, gardening and reading the major newspapers throughout
the country. But his major love is his grandchildren Annabella, Andrew and Luke,
whom he sees often.
