Richard (Dick) Gallagher has been appraising since 1992 and joined BCL Appraisals, Inc. in 2002. Previous to his appraisal career he was a realtor for six years and also has experience as a home inspector. Along with extensive experience in a wide variety of residential appraisals, Dick has earned a reputation as a specialist on upper bracket, multi-million dollar properties.
