Richard (Dick) has been appraising since 1992 and joined BCL Appraisals,
Inc. in 2002. Previous to his appraisal career he was a realtor for
six years and also has experience as a home inspector. Along with extensive
experience in a wide variety of residential appraisals, Dick has earned
a reputation as a specialist on upper bracket, multi-million dollar
properties.
Dick and his wife, Pam, have lived in Northeast Minneapolis for many
years and enjoy rehabilitating distressed properties.
